Gone Fishing
This one will forever remain in the studio and won't be sold. I'll explain why. In 2005 I had registered to receive Wood Badge training. as the class date approached, I was busily painting feathers in preparation for the Ellensburg show - which fell in between the two Wood Badge training weekends. I painted this bear just before Wood Badge - so close in fact, that it rode to the Boy Scout camp with me, tucked away in its new mats and under glass. And it remained in my car. Then I found out that I was in the Bear Patrol! The coincidence was uncanny, and I cannot part with this one. Every time I look at it I remember Wood Badge and all the wonderful people I met in that course. So this feather has a permanent home!
